SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

ILLUMINATED ENTRY SYSTEM

(a) The illuminated entry system has the following control functions:

Control	Outline	Lights that Operate
Actuation Area-linked	When a registered key is brought within any vehicle exterior detection area around the doors, the lights that operate turn on.	Map Light Assembly Room Light Assembly Front Door Ambient Illumination Light (Front Door Trim Board Sub-assembly)*1

Door Lock/Unlock-linked	When all doors are locked, the lights that operate turn off.

	When all doors are closed, the lights that operate turn off.
	When any front door is opened, the lights that operate turn on.	Push Start Switch

AUXILIARY BATTERY SAVING CONTROL

(a) The auxiliary battery saving function has the following control functions:

Control	Condition	Lights that Operate
Basic Function	When 20 minutes elapse after the ignition switch is turned from ACC or ON to off and the lights that operate remain on, the lights are turned off. HINT: Battery saving control is canceled when any of the following operations is performed before the lights are turned off by battery saving control. After the operation is performed, the lights remain on for another 20 minutes and then the lights are turned off. The ignition switch is ACC or ON. Any door is opened and closed. Any door is unlocked. The key enters any exterior actuation area. When 20 minutes elapse after the driver door/front passenger door is opened and the lights that operate remain on, the lights are turned off. HINT: Battery saving control is canceled when any of the following operations is performed before the lights are turned off by battery saving control. After the operation is performed, the lights remain on for another 20 minutes and then the lights are turned off. Any front door is opened and closed.	Push Start Switch Illumination*1
