1. REMOVE REAR DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR DRIVE SHAFT OIL SEAL
(a) Using SST, remove the rear drive shaft oil seal from the rear differential carrier assembly. SST: 09308-00010 |

3. INSTALL REAR DRIVE SHAFT OIL SEAL
(a) Using SST and a hammer, install a new rear drive shaft oil seal into the rear differential carrier assembly. SST: 09223-46011 SST: 09631-32020 NOTICE:
Standard Distance (A): 8.2 to 8.8 mm (0.323 to 0.346 in.) |

(b) Apply a light coat of MP grease to the lip of the new rear drive shaft oil seal.
4. INSTALL REAR DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY

The front seat belt pretensioners are designed to deploy in moderate or severe frontal, near frontal collisions.
