DESCRIPTION
The millimeter wave radar sensor assembly receives vehicle specification information from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) and ECM via the CAN communication line. If the vehicle specification information stored in the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly does not match the vehicle specification information sent from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) and ECM, the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly stores DTC U032257.
DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area | DTC Output from |
---|---|---|---|---|
U032257 | Software Incompatibility with Body Control Module Invalid/Incompatible Software Component | While the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, the vehicle information (steering wheel position) stored in the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly does not match the vehicle information sent from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) for approximately 5 seconds or more. | Front camera system | Radar Cruise2 |
PROCEDURE
1. | GO TO FRONT RADAR SENSOR SYSTEM |
HINT:
If DTC U032257 is output by the dynamic radar cruise control system, perform troubleshooting for the front radar sensor system.
