PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER

2. REMOVE FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE RH

3. REMOVE FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE LH

4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT

5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH

6. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE LH

7. DISCONNECT NO. 3 AIR HOSE

(a) Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 3 air hose from the intercooler assembly.

8. DISCONNECT NO. 4 AIR HOSE

(a) Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 4 air hose from the intercooler assembly.

9. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and intercooler assembly from the vehicle body.

Installation

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the intercooler assembly to the vehicle with the 3 bolts.

Torque:

6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}

2. CONNECT NO. 4 AIR HOSE

(a) Connect the No. 4 air hose and tighten the hose clamp.

Torque:

6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}

3. CONNECT NO. 3 AIR HOSE

(a) Connect the No. 3 air hose and tighten the hose clamp.

Torque:

6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
